Key Responsibilities:
– Assist with meal preparation, ensuring dietary requirements and preferences are met.
– Administer medication in accordance with care plans and medication protocols.
– Provide companionship and emotional support to service users, fostering meaningful relationships.
– Support service users with daily tasks such as personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility.
– Perform other duties as required by the client, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

Requirements:
– Minimum of 6 months of UK-based care experience.
– Right to work in the UK.
– Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
– Flexibility to adapt to the dynamic nature of the role.
– Restraint training such as MAPA, MAYBO, PMVA, or CPI (preferred but not essential).
